In 1969 Creedence Clearwater Rival shot to fame with a string of chart topping songs giving them 18 Billboard Top Ten hits in their brief 3 year career.
Who can forget Bad Moon Rising, Proud Mary, Looking Out My Back Door, Down On the Corner, Green River and the list goes on. Forty years later the CCR phenomenon is as strong as ever with their music continuing to be played on commercial radio and appealing to audiences of all ages - kids who weren’t even born in 1969, through to baby boomers who were there!
Willie And The Poor Boys bring the sound of CCR back to the stage again with those driving, exciting, swampy rhythm’s playing 2 hours of CCR classic hits.
Featuring former members of Perth’s Premier Bands - Haystack, Ice, Troubadours and the Dave Hole Band, including:
